Aplicació

1. Chemical products: epichlorohydrin is an important chemical raw material and intermediate, which can be used to prepare a variety of chemicals. It can be used as a raw material for polyurethanes and epoxy resins by reacting with ammonia or amine compounds to form epoxide propanolamine. A més, it can also react with acids to produce propylene oxide acid, which is used in the synthesis of adhesives and surfactants.

2. Crude oil purification: ECH has good solubility and volatility, and can be used for dewaxing and desulfurization of crude oil. It can dissolve waxes and sulfides, extract them from crude oil, and improve the quality of crude oil.

3. Rubber industry: chemical epichlorohydrin plays the role of crosslinker in the rubber industry. It can react with double bonds in rubber to form a cross-linked structure that enhances the strength and durability of rubber. Therefore, epichlorohydrin is often used in the manufacture of rubber products, such as tires, seals, hose and so on.

4. Pesticides and pharmaceuticals: Epichlorohydrin can be used to synthesize the active ingredients in certain pesticides and pharmaceuticals. It can react with other compounds to form molecules with insecticidal, bactericidal or pharmaceutical activity.
