Ortoacetat de trimetil

Trimethyl orthoacetate, also known as 1,1, 1-trimethoxy-ethane, és un compost orgànic, colorless transparent liquid, insoluble in water, and can be miscible with ethanol, èter, toluene, acetat d'etil, carbon tetrachloride and other organic solvents, mainly used as an important intermediate for the synthesis of methyl dichlorothrin.
