Trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) is an organosilicon compound with the formula (CH3)3SiCl. It is a colorless liquid with an odor similar to chloroform. کاربرد

1. سنتز آلی: TMCS plays an important role in organic synthesis as a silication reagent.
