Application

1. Synthetic fiber: AN is the main raw material for synthesizing acrylonitrile fibers (such as polyacrylonitrile fibers). This fiber has excellent strength, wear resistance and wrinkle resistance and is widely used in clothing, home textiles and industrial applications.

2. Chemical industry: AN is one of the important raw materials for the synthesis of other chemicals. For example, acrylonitrile can be polymerized to produce acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), which is widely used in the manufacture of plastic products, electronics and automotive parts.

3. Coatings and adhesives: chemical acrylonitrile can be used as an ingredient in coatings and adhesives. It provides good adhesion, durability and chemical resistance and is commonly found in home decor and industrial painting.

4. Pharmaceutical industry: acrylonitrile has applications in the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used to prepare raw materials for drugs and medical devices, such as synthetic artificial cardiovascular and drug controlled delivery systems.

5. Plastic additives: acrylonitrile can be used as a component of plastic additives to improve the performance and processing characteristics of plastics. It can improve the rigidity and toughness of plastics, and increase heat and weather resistance.
