Application

1. Base catalyst in acid-catalyzed reactions: 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU) can catalyze acid-catalyzed reactions under acidic conditions, such as nucleophilic addition to ketone, isomerization of ketone aldol, etc. It can be neutralized with acid to produce a salt form while promoting the reaction of organic matter.

2. Oxidation catalyst: 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU) can be used as a base catalyst in the oxidation reaction, participating in the reaction of oxygen and organic matter, such as oxidative dehydrogenation reaction, ammonia oxidation reaction, etc.

3. Carboxylic acid activation catalyst: 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU) can catalyze the reaction of carboxylic acid with other compounds to form esters, amides or anhydrides.
